Find the door
Most traffic is evening. The street goes dark, and the door is easy to miss. Cream neon, path lighting, and a clear, safe walk-up make the roof findable — and feel looked-after.

Partnership proposal
Plan to fill Nórdika beyond Sunday social hour and Wednesday ladies-free: new guests (especially high-spend women), booking and payment that doesn’t stall at a desk, and a rooftop facelift.
Warehouse rooftop, Barrio Colombia, Medellín
The roof today
Finnish wood-fired saunas, ice baths, a valley view — and a warehouse that still reads as a workshop. Sunday and Wednesday pull the same circle. The roof, the entrance, and the other days of the week are underused.

Most traffic is evening. The street goes dark, and the door is easy to miss. Cream neon, path lighting, and a clear, safe walk-up make the roof findable — and feel looked-after.
Today: a name typed into a computer, then a separate tap-to-pay. Tomorrow: book and pay online, merch on the same flow.
Three stories sit underused. Later: light co-working, lockers if the kitchen moves. Not phase one.
Who
Sunday and Wednesday already work — and they recycle the same regulars. The open market is women who spend on pampering, photograph it, and bring friends. They are not finding a warehouse that goes dark at night.
Women who already pay for gyms, spas, and treatments. The ticket is familiar. The roof is not on their map.
They photograph the ritual. A room they want to be seen in becomes the invitation they send to friends.
They spend for atmosphere and care, not a discount hour. That is the guest this roof is built for.
Playbook
I don’t just post for you. I make the rooftop the place women already photographing their spa days will book, tag, and bring friends to.
Space
The heat, the barrels, the view stay. The lounge, the street door, the walls, and the bathroom become a place that photographs as well as it feels.
An eight-foot C-shaped teak bench with linen pillow toppers, three to four chairs (rocking and bucket), and a center wood-burning fire pit or coffee table.

Plaques about two by three feet on the saunas and baths — the name on the heat, not only on a phone screen.

The street is dark after sundown. Large cream LED neon — NÓRDIKA — path lighting, and a clear, safe approach. The door becomes a landmark, and the walk-up feels looked-after.

Faux florals and turf — a backdrop people already know how to stand in front of.

One compact restroom under the roof, in the existing footprint — vanity, toilet, lighting, mirrors. No new shower; the rooftop shower stays. The kitchen stays upstairs for now.

Investment
Figures in USD. Full vision, or start with phase one.
Sequence: neon and lighting first, then florals, then the bathroom, then seating. Fire pit and the full C-bench wait for the full vision.

10–15%

Domain, hosting, and booking tools typically about $50–$150 a month sit with the business. Card processors take their own percentage on each transaction; that is not part of these fees.
Next step is walk the roof, lock phase one, and turn on the digital foundation so guests can book and pay before they arrive.
